Are you using ACT! to generate your letters, memos, fax cover pages and every other document that includes information about your customer or prospect? On our training call this week, we are going to get in to the details of how to use ACT! to save you time by creating, customizing and managing document templates, and merging these templates with contacts in your database. We will also spend some time talking about using ACT! to print your envelopes and labels, and if time allows, we’ll talk about exporting your contact list to an excel file so you can email your list of contacts with addresses to a “mailing house” so they can use up-to-date address information to do mailings on your behalf.

About the ACT! On-line Training Series:

Are you interested in ACT! training? How about on-going ACT! training? How about weekly ACT! training sessions, 90-minutes long, from the comfort of your office and in front of your computer? How about only having to pay $29.95 for each training session, and only the training sessions that are of interest to you?

Here’s the scoop. Starting the week of April 15, and continuing on for the next several weeks, we are hosting on-line ACT! training, on a variety of topics, specifically for ACT! users like you.

Each week will feature training on a specific topic and each week we will be doing two sessions, 90-minutes long, offered on Thursday afternoon at 4:00pm Eastern (3:00pm Central, 2:00pm Mountain, 1:00pm Pacific), then the session will repeat on Friday morning at 11:00am Eastern (10:00am Central, 9:00am Mountain, 8:00am Pacific). So, depending upon which time works better, you can register for either time slot during the week.

Both calls are live Training Calls, not recordings. You will be using your computer’s web browser to log in to our Webinar to view ACT! on my screen, and the audio portion of the call will be either through your computer or via our dial-in conference line.

We are limiting the size of the training sessions to only twelve (12) people. That’s it. 12 people max. When 12 people register for a training session, the session is closed. If there is room in the other session that week, and it fits into your schedule, then you will be added to the session on that day.

Did we mention this training is done on-line, in the comfort of your own office? Oh, and did we mention that the training is only $29.95 (per session, per person)?

Each week will be training on a totally different topic. Same format, same days, same time, limited to the same number of attendees, same price. Email will go out each Monday, announcing the topic for that week.
