Hi! My name is Ken Anderson and I would like to welcome you to my new website and blog. I’m really glad you found me.  If you got here by first going to Cloud9 Paradigm, then I’m really glad you made the trip. Let me explain. I’ve been a small business consultant for several years specializing in helping people become more efficient and productive through the strategic and effective use of software programs like ACT! and Infusionsoft.  I’ve recently re-engineered my business and the result of that is a new company name (True North Partners) and a new image. Cloud9 Paradigm has been retired and replaced with a new and much improved business model and company we lovingly refer to as True North Partners, LLC.

What you will find here at True North Partners is a team of people dedicated to helping small businesses do more with less. Our focus is to help companies integrate, automate and communicate, and we do that through helping you build and develop your most valuable business asset, your database of customers, potential customers and referral sources. We are also dedicated to helping you fix follow-up failure and we will accomplish that through automated marketing techniques making use of some truely amazing, state-of-the-art software.  It is our hope that this website, and all of us here at True North Partners become a resource for you and your business and by working together we get to help you grow your business profitably, efficiently, and quickly!
